What a treat …. to be pampered in a beautiful house, where the attention to detail and care is second to none combined with an excellent cooking school with first class tuition. I would thoroughly recommend this as a ‘must do’ weekend for anyone who loves to cook or wants to learn.”

"Eckington Manor Cookery School is situated in the most beautiful surroundings and has been sympathetically built and restored to ensure a truly memorable and unique location for a fantastic experience. The school itself is finished to an extremely high specification and I fell in love with my Aga. A truly memorable weekend away with the very highest standards of teaching, equipment, hospitality and fun. I will most certainly be back … and next time hope not to put sugar in my bread instead of flour!"

"After 2 days at Eckington Manor not only had I conquered squid preparation, a mushroom risotto and bread making, but the beautiful surroundings of the Worcestershire countryside had firmly lifted the London Blues. The 13th Century farmhouse accommodation and new state of the art cookery school are nothing but first rate.  If you enjoy cooking or simply a relaxing weekend away, Judy and the team will provide an enjoyable and memorable experience.  I will definitely be back"

"Just 2 hours outside London and I found myself baking walnut bread, cooking green chicken curry and even making a mean risotto - a shock to anyone who knows me!  In the evening we relaxed and drank fine wine with a fun group of people.  Staying at the charming 13th Century renovated farmhouse made it a very welcoming and personal experience and one I would recommend  to anyone as the best tonic to city living!

"On behalf of the entire Inchcape team, I'd like to pass on our thanks.  It really is hard to imagine how the evening could have been bettered.  Everything was so well organised throughout the entire event and  I have received so many compliments"

"My team was unaware of what was planned for the evening and despite the initial disbelief, rose to the challenge magnificently.  Under the professional care of head chef Mark, we created a delicious three course meal.  I was very impressed by our results and the feedback I have received has been very positive.  We all very much enjoyed the experience - and I am sure will take away some hints and tips - and I believe it is something we could do again within our organisation as a team building event.  Once again, thank you for a great evening"

"Eckington Manor is really in a class of its own. From the moment you
arrive, Judy and her team’s passion for what they do becomes so evident. Combining the charm of the English countryside with a state of the art cookery school set on a private farm is a match made in heaven. One weekend at Eckington Manor left me feeling so much more confident in my cooking skills whilst enabling me to relax in the calm rustic setting. Cooking on an Aga was a fantastic experience and perfectly complements Eckington’s position as a rural culinary institution. It goes without saying that Eckington Manor undoubtedly has a bright future and will soon enough carve the way in the ever evolving culinary world. Fear not, you are in the hands of professionals."
