If you’re a meat lover, then this is the course for you. On this course you will be able to try different cuts of meat and leave with increased knowledge and skills of how to use them.
Braised pigs cheeks and marinated chump of lamb may be amongst the dishes you create.
Price includes all ingredients, refreshments on arrival and during the day. You will eat some of the food you cook during the course at lunchtime and take home a recipe pack.
