Health professionals encourage us to eat 1 to 2 portions of fish a week. If you are bored of cooking fish using the same methods you have done for years, if you find that your results can vary dramatically, then this is the course for you.
Price includes all ingredients, equipment and a recipe pack, also refreshments – served on arrival and during the day. Dishes prepared on the course will be enjoyed for lunch.
