As a nation, we have embraced Italian food. Italian restaurants can be found in almost every town throughout the UK, such is the popularity of Italian food. Traditional Italian food is all about simplicity, using the freshest, best ingredients, cooked with the expertise to enhance the natural flavours and produce delicious dishes. This course will teach you some of Italy’s best traditional rustic recipes that you will be itching to reproduce at home. Throw out your measuring devices, Italian cookery is all about understanding how ingredients complement each other and having the confidence to go with your gut on quantities – you will be tasting, tasting, tasting all course long!
Price includes all ingredients, refreshments on arrival and during the day. You will eat some of the food you cook during the course at lunchtime and take home a recipe pack.
