If your pastry results vary or you’ve never attempted to make your own but would love to try, then this is the course for you. Our chef tutor will teach you the secrets behind producing perfect pastry, showing you how to use them in different delicious dishes. Once you have mastered these skills, you will be able to create a plethora of recipes at home.
Example course content:
Pork, black pudding & apple sausage rolls
Red onion and goat’s cheese quiche
Curried butternut squash pasties
Price includes all ingredients, refreshments on arrival and during the day. You will eat some of the food you cook during the course at lunchtime and take home a recipe pack.
