Saturday 15th June 2019  – 10.00am-2.00pm

A chance for you to create that show stopper dessert to end the meal on a high!  This course will give the confidence to serve that dessert everyone will talk about.

Examples of course content:  Banana souffle with butterscotch or Dark chocolate fondant with honeycomb centre

Price includes all ingredients, refreshments on arrival and during the day. You will eat some of the food you cook during the course at lunchtime and take home a recipe pack.
