Come and make the bread that is taking the nation by storm. Sour dough is a unique style using a live starter dough to produce your bread.
On this course, you will learn how to make your own starter and how to feed it, as well as making some popular sour dough breads using a range of different baking techniques.
Sample Course Content: Fougase, Demi Baguettes, Focaccia, Cheese & Ale Sour Dough.
Price includes all ingredients, refreshments on arrival and during the day. You will eat some of the food you cook during the course at lunchtime and take home a recipe pack.
