The street food train is gathering speed in the UK and this is your chance to try and emulate some of those tasty wares you have experienced. This course will inspire you think outside the box when creating a sweet or savoury snack/meal.
Blue cheese arancini or soy marinated pork belly could be amongst the dishes you create.
Price includes all ingredients, refreshments on arrival and during the day. You will eat some of the food you cook during the course at lunchtime and take home a recipe pack.
