Spend the whole day learning how to cook classics stocks and sauces like a professional along with creative recipes and lots of practical culinary tips.
The day would include basic savoury sauces and methods e.g. basic brown beef stock, chicken stock, fish stock, roux and savoury sauces to accompany dishes, wine based sauces and also some traditional sweet sauces.
