Join us for a hands-on, two day course (10am-4pm each day) to discover all the classic cookery methods on an AGA.   Over the two days, there will be lots of hints and tips on cookery techniques to ensure that you make the most of your AGA.

Sample Course Content/Menu:

Day One:

  • Fougasse Bread
  • Mushroom and Caramelised Onion Tart
  • Chicken and Chorizo Casserole
  • Carrot Cake
  • Demonstration: Overnight Yoghurt

Day Two:

  • American Pancake with a Compote of Berries
  • Soda Bread
  • Beer Braised Shin of Beef with Creamy Mash Potatoes
  • Orange and Passion Fruit Souffle
Price includes all ingredients, refreshments on arrival and during the day. You will eat some of the food you cook during the course at lunchtime and take home a recipe pack.  Please note: Course menus/content may vary/change without notice being given.
