A one day course, mainly “hands-on” but includes some demonstration, using all of the ovens and hot plates – full of hints, tips and cookery techniques.

Spicy pumpkin & sweet potato soup with a rock salt & rosemary focaccia
Slow cooked chicken casserole with herby dumplings
Gooey chocolate pond pudding
Price includes all ingredients, refreshments on arrival and during the day. You will eat some of the food you cook during the course at lunchtime and take home a recipe pack.
