Vegetarian/veganism is on the up, this is a chance for those who love vegetables to try out some modern dishes full of flavours and textures. You will create dishes like falafel, hummus and pomegranate or lime onion, potato and ginger bon bon. Try your hand at spinach, chickpea and chilli pithivier with curried carrot puree. This course will have you never eating meat or fish again.
Price includes all ingredients, refreshments on arrival and during the day. You will eat some of the food you cook during the course at lunchtime and take home a recipe pack.
