Marinades work well on grilled or BBQ meats, fish, prawns and tofu. During this course you will be marinating a fillet of pork to make for lunch sweet and sticky pork, with a dressed slaw, tiger prawns with a lemon,  garlic and rosemary marinade, a spicy salad or vegetable dressing and a spicy plum chutney.

Please note that a jar or container  will be required to take home the chutney and spicy salad or vegetable dressing.

Price includes all ingredients, refreshments on arrival and during the day. You will eat some of the food you cook during the course at lunchtime and take home a recipe pack.
