A one day course all about making breads and pasta, including dressings made simple.
Make, cook and try fresh pasta with a simple dressing with fresh breads to serve and impress your family and friends. We will be making fresh pasta and serving it with a Pancetta and tomato sauce finished with a rocket pesto, a fougasse, pizza and a soda bread.

Price includes all ingredients, refreshments on arrival and during the day. You will eat some of the food you cook during the course at lunchtime and take home a recipe pack.
