Bookings and Cancellations
Full payment must be made prior to a course commencing to reserve your place. The course fee will be returnable if written notice of cancellation is received at any time 6 weeks before the course start date, less a 10% administration charge. If you cancel within 6 weeks from the course start date you will be responsible for payment of the full fees. You are welcome to send another person in your place. It is recommended that insurance be taken out against cancellation for reasons outside the student’s control. If you terminate during a course you are not entitled to the return of any proportion of the fees.
Please make all payments either by cheque or credit/debit card. Sterling cheques should be made payable to Manor Farm. Provisional bookings will be held for 5 days when paying by cheque.
