Al Fresco Dining & Inspiration for the BBQ

If you have the weather, then eating outside cannot be beaten. This course will give you some ideas to try when the sun is shining. Salted caramel chicken wings with celeriac coleslaw and lamb, mint and caper berry burgers are just a few dishes on offer.

Price includes all ingredients and refreshments on arrival and during the day. You will eat some of the food you cook during the course at lunchtime and take home a recipe pack.
