Introduction to Sour Dough Breads

Come and make the bread that is taking the nation by storm!

Using sour starters and methods from different countries, you will make a variety of products that are perfect for dinner parties!

Sample course content: fougasse, sourdough crackers, sourdough boule and chocolate & cranberry sourdough rolls.

Price includes all ingredients, refreshments on arrival and during the day. You will eat some of the food you cook during the course at lunchtime and take home a recipe pack.
