Traditional Breads


Join us on this one day course to learn the fundamental basics of bread – perfect for beginners or those who want to extend their home baking skills!

Sample course content: 5 seed rolls, 4 strand milk bread, cottage loaves and French batons.

Price includes all ingredients, refreshments on arrival and during the day. You will eat some of the food you cook during the course at lunchtime and take home a recipe pack.
