Plant Based Cookery
Extend your repertoire of Vegan recipes/dishes with this hands-on course so you’re equipped to enjoy an exciting plant-based diet, rich in both variety and flavour. Examples of dishes such as lime onion croquettes and spiced cauliflower steak could be on the menu. Once you’ve prepared your dishes, enjoy the fruits of your labour with like-minded foodies.
This course takes place from 10.00am-2.00pm. Price includes all ingredients, refreshments on arrival and during the day. You will eat some of the food you cook during the course at lunchtime and take home a recipe pack.
