Gastro Pub Classics
During this half day course, you will be creating gastro pub classic combinations – bold flavours with a rustic style presentation!
The menu may include some of the following dishes:
Red onion, beetroot & goats cheese
Homemade cheese burger with relish & dirty fries
Sticky toffee pudding, walnut caramel
Please note: menus may vary/change without notice being given.
Price includes all ingredients, and refreshments on arrival and during the day. You will eat some of the food you cook during the course at lunchtime and take home a recipe pack.
