Sweet Bakery Breads

Learn about basic bread making skills with the addition of sweet ingredients to make a variety of enriched products,showcasing traditional and trendy moulding techniques!

Sample course content: Iced buns, Belgian buns, cinnamon knots and apple & custard rolls.

Price includes all ingredients, refreshments on arrival and during the day. You will eat some of the food you cook during the course at lunchtime and take home a recipe pack.
