This is your chance to practice high end restaurant style dishes that will impress even the toughest of critics – dishes such as barbeque glazed pigs’ cheek with celeriac slaw & spiced peanuts or seabream with pickled fennel, cucumber & a beurre blanc sauce could be on the menu!
