Join us for a half-day Knife Skills experience not to be missed. You will be shown how to use a knife correctly, also how to sharpen, maintain and look after your knives. After that, the fun begins with chopping, slicing, and boning a chicken leg to create a Thai spiced lemon chilli chicken.
If you want to become quicker in the kitchen and turn out impressive-looking dishes, then this is the course for you.
The course includes all ingredients, refreshments on arrival and during the day, lunch (that you have cooked during the course), and a recipe pack.
